Phil Pham
Executive Producer
Phil is an an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment space. Originally from California, he started his career in Hollywood, working on a variety of films, TV commercials, music videos and Interactive experiences for Walt Disney Imagineering.
He's since moved to Singapore and spent the majority of his time there as a CG Supervisor and a Computer Graphics Technology Supervisor for Industrial Light & Magic.
After obtaining a Virtual Production Supervisor certification from the National Film School UK, he recognized an opportunity to blend technology and storytelling and created Wild Pictures.

Fred LeMaster
Head of Production Technology
Fred is the Head of Production Technology at Wild Pictures. He also hails from sunny California and spent many years maintaining the pipeline at Rhythm & Hues. While there he was instrumental in enabling their India division to succeed.
He and Phil crossed paths at ILM Singapore. While there, he was head of of Production Engineering and R&D. He was the architect of ILM's current distributed asset publishing and tracking system.
He develops and maintains the technology that keeps the numerous productions running on-time and on-budget.
